4th of July Celebration in Kuna
The City of Kuna is proud to join the celebration of America's 250th anniversary by embracing the spirit of “Honoring Heritage, Cultivating the Future.” As we reflect on our rich history and the enduring values that have shaped our community, we look forward to cultivating a thriving future that continues to uphold the principles of freedom and unity for generations to come.
This year, the City of Kuna will add special events, exhibits and community activities to our 4th of July Celebration. We invite you all to join us at the celebration. Bring your friends and family to our beautiful greenbelt to make lasting memories and celebrate the spirit of independence!

Food & Drink Vendors
Starting at 6 PM, our awesome variety of food trucks will be open, offering mouthwatering treats that cater to every person. Whether you're craving savory bites, sweet desserts, or something in between, our diverse lineup of vendors is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
- What should I bring?
- Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs or blankets to sit on, along with sunscreen and bug spray. Please be respectful of others and do not set up items that block the view of other spectators.
Is alcohol allowed?
No outside alcohol beverages are permitted. However, there will be a designated drinking area for those 21 and older.
Can I bring my own fireworks?
No fireworks or sparklers are allowed in the park. We have an awesome firework show that will start at 10- 10:15pm.
What is the best place to view the fireworks show?
The fireworks will be launched near the Baseball fields on 2nd Street so anywhere on the Kuna Greenbelt will give you a great view. The food trucks and majority of the event will be held at Bernie Fisher Park.
- Is there a parade?
This event does not include a parade. However in a couple weeks, our Chamber of Commerce plans an awesome parade during Kuna Days.
- Is the Disc Golf Course open?
The disc golf course on the Kuna Greenbelt will be closed on July 4th due to the fall out zone.
- Will there be music playing?
Yes!
Is this a kid-friendly event?
Of course! The playground at Bernie Fisher Park will be open. Nearby is also our Splash Pad if you come earlier.
Are pets allowed?
Loud noises like fireworks may be overwhelming, frightening, or stressful to your pet. Please consider your pet's health and safety before bringing your pet to the event. Pets must be leashed at all times.
Where are the restrooms?
Porta potties will be available at Bernie Fisher Park.
What items are not allowed at the park?
For the safety and enjoyment of all please refrain from any glass bottles/containers, open flames, fireworks, and sparklers. We want to make sure everyone has a good time!

Road Closures
There will be street closures affecting 2nd Street.
Please Note
The Bernie Fisher parking lot must be cleared out an emptied by July 3rd.
